LDYC Summer cruise to Pennant Nine - 3/4 Nov 2007 6 LDYC yachts & crews left for Pennant Nine yacht club at 10 am. We sailed a run to Big bend & rafted up for lunch. Faan & Stretch decided to skip lunch & head straight for Pennant Nine's pub. Thanks to Pennant Nine we had great moorings & an excellent supper - kassler chops. It was great to see George of Lake Ave fame looking after the pub. Faan & Stretch provided lots of laughs as they found their way to their yacht after a good time in the pub. I was woken by Faan at 5.30am who reported that Neptune had untied his mooring & he was tangled in a safety rope just off the rocks! A good sail home was had by all!
