JOHN DIED PEACEFULLY ON TUESDAY 11th
MAY 2010 AT MIDNIGHT
AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.
JOHN WAS AWARDED HONORARY LIFE
COMMODORESHIP OF
LAKE DENEYS YACHT CLUB FOLLOWING 16 YEARS SERVICE AS
COMMODORE, INCLUDING THE UNDERTAKING OF COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITY.
HIS PICTURE HOLDS PRIDE OF HONOUR IN OUR
ENTRANCE HALL
HE WAS CHAIRMAN OF TRANSVAAL KEELBOAT ASSOCIATION AND SERVED ON THE
TRANSVAAL SAILING ASSOCIATION FOR MANY YEARS.
A “CELEBRATION OF LIFE” SERVICE
WILL BE HELD AT OUR CLUB ON SATURDAY 22ND MAY 2010 AT 13H00.
SNACKS WILL BE SERVED AFTERWARDS.

MEMBERS
All members must please take note, in accordance with The Caravan Owner
Meeting held on 16 May 2009 and The Annual General Meeting held on 17 May
2009 and the MANCOM Meeting held on the 23rd of May 2009. The
following rules and regulations pertaining to Quad and Dirt biking will come
into effect immediately.
Any Quad bike on site have to be registered with our office
Registration will be done after the completion of an application form, and
the quad / dirt bike have been inspected and approved by the Quad & Dirt
Bike Committee (as appointed by MANCOM)
Inspections will take place on a regular basis.
On successful registration you will be supplied with a registration number
that must be visibly displayed at all times.
Any person opertaing the registered bike on premises must have a valid
license to operate either a motor bike or motor vehicle, no joy riding will
be permitted.
The quad track next door will be closed with immediate effect and joy riding
on the old quad track no longer will be permitted.
No visitors will be allowed to bring a quad / dirt bike onto the premises.
